sometimes i wonder...

sometimes i wonder why some people never reply my smses.. its ok if they dun reply when i sent them a joke or 'gd morning' sms, but why din they reply when i asked them a question, such as to confirm the attendance for a outing..

i thought to myself.. maybe they assumed that if they did not reply, i would automatically know that it means that they wun be attending.. but what abt those who replied to ask who else is going and other details of the outing.. and when i replied them thats the end.. they dun bother to reply me whether they will be going..

some people even more weird.. i smsed them first.. they din reply.. another person smsed them and they replied them.. then that person did not tell me abt the reply.. so how on earth am i to know the reply..

i figured out that another reason why people did not reply me may be that they are busy working and its not appropriate for them to use the hp during office hours.. well.. dun tell me they work 24/7.. they could have replied me after work..

some people may be sleeping while i smsed them and they might have deleted the sms or forgotten abt it when they woke up (well, that happens to me sometimes) but this is not a 1-2 time thing.. some people ALWAYS never reply my smses..

it sometimes make me wonder if i got the correct number.. shld i juz call their hp and asked them if they are still using this number.. stupid rite..

my PE during intersem 1 (choice theory) teaches me that my sms serves only as a means of passing them the information that i am organizing a outing.. and they have every right not to reply my sms.. i keep telling myself that so that i would not be so affected.. after much thinking, however, my conclusion is:

WHAT THE FUCK! why do i smsed these people in the first place? its obviously to get their replies.. anyway.. if u (whoever lah) finds that i am starting to leave u out of my sms list.. you should know why..

IPPT Silver!

took my ippt at Bedok Camp today.. my 3rd time taking there.. was kinda nervous at first cuz it was already 5pm by the time i reached and they're abt to start the test.. my number for the day: 337..

first station no problem as usual.. did 40 sit-ups in abt 45 seconds and i went off before the 1 minute was up.. kinda 'hao lian' but that was what the PTI told us.. we can juz go when we're done, dun have to wait for 1 minute..

next is standing broad jump.. to my surprise i jumped 243cm on my first attemp and the PTI juz said gd and pass me my tag.. (actually at first i didn't know 243cm is 4 or 5 points, but since the PTI returned me my tag, it must be 5 points then).. chin-up next.. i struggled abit.. but managed to do 10 as usual..

shuttle-run was not a problem either.. 9.3 seconds.. same as last year i think.. after a short rest, it was time to run 2.4km (i was still panting abit after the shuttle-run and wasn't mentally prepared for the 2.4km) i went to stand beside Kein even though my no. was 337 and his was 301.. first time i stand in front to start the 2.4km..

1st run took me abt 1min43secs.. struggled on for the next 3 runs.. finished the 4th run in 7mins43secs.. got worried because i have less than 4 minutes left to complete the next 2 rounds.. finished the 5th round in 9mins55secs.. thought i was gonna miss my silver.. widened my strides and gave all i could for the 1st 200m of the last run.. got tired and slowed down.. DASHED last 100m and my final timing was 11min38secs.. 2 more seconds and i would have earned $100 less..

so glad i managed to scape through a silver when i only ran thrice to prepare for this ippt.. however feel that its getting more and more difficult to run under 11min39secs.. seriously hope i can still manage a silver next year.. after that i'll belong to Cat Y.. silver timing for 2.4km will be extended to 12mins (thats wat Kein told me)..

The Da Vinci Code..

finally, i got to watch the Da Vinci Code.. watched it with Yang at TM.. should be the last show of the last day i think.. first time i watch a show at such last minute.. originally planned to watch it with my army pals.. but due to this and that, we did not watch in the end..

In hall today!

And so the Sentosa trip yesterday was cancelled due to the unexpected rain. In the end, we went to watch “Scary Movie 4” at PS.. and this time the turnout was even more pathetic.. me, Haolingz, Terry and Nicholas (pikachu)..

Anyway the show was ok.. I like the opening scene.. combining SAW II and Shaq’s lousy free-throw shooting into a scene.. and the JU-ON kid was so cute.. hahaa..

Following that we went for dinner at Pasta Mania at Cineleisure.. and Haolingz bought a pair of sneakers.. went home after that and I borrowed “Tuesdays With Morrie” from Haolingz.. Proud to say, I’m already at page 62 now.. 130 more pages to go..

Came back hall today to register subject.. that’s not the main purpose actually, cuz I could have juz register at home.. main purpose is to come back wash clothes.. -_-
Cuz I left my laundry hanging outside for 1 week already.. needa wash it again..

Didn’t get the timetable I wanted.. no more vacancy for the design class I wanted.. have to choose the Thursday morning class instead of the Tuesday afternoon one.. haizz..

my timetable next sem.. if i can get the PE i wanted.. orginally wanted the design class to be on Tuesday afternoon so that i would not have any 8.30am class.. but the stupid system made it till theres no more vacancy for that class by the time its my turn to register.. damn.. now my Tuesdays only have 1 lesson..

7 days left to IPPT..

went back hall last friday night with haoz amina kaiming nictanqinghong teriyaki for some fun.. hahaa.. had supper n watched world cup together.. ruilin n jj were there to join us for supper too.. stayed awake till about 5am and i got up around 9am the next morning to meet Meizhen they all go sentosa..

had fun at Sentosa.. due to some reasons, Meizhen n her bf left early.. e rest of us continued and played quite a few rounds of volleyball..

played basketball on sunday as usual, den Jiawei Weiliang and Alan came over my house for mahjong..

been working in Punggol Primary for the past 3 days 8am to 5pm.. no work today.. feels so bored at hme.. did nothing constructive! wanted to go for a run but dismissed the idea after dinner cuz i was feeling so sleepy.. took nap instead.. luckily haoz msged me.. jogged with her in the end.. suddenly realized that my ippt is only nxt week.. i have exactly 7 days left to train.. time to start intensive training...

2nd time running..

went for a run again juz now.. completed my 2.4km run in 12.21mins, quite an improvement over the 13.01mins last week.. did 30 sit-ups and 8 chin-ups after the run.. this time round, i wasn't as tired.. could still walk back home and not feel like dying.. hahaa.. will be taking my IPPT on 29th June 1700 hours at Bedok Camp.. taking together with Kein.. interested parties are welcomed to join us..

my new crush...

finally back from the trip to Malaysia.. was supposed to be a 1 day 1 night trip but we decided to extend it by another night..

followed siqi n marvin around the whole day while they had their photos taken.. only at the beach then e rest of us were involved.. me, yang, hy, siqi's bro n 4 cousins n eve.. well, eve's pretty cute but i had a crush on one of siqi's cousin instead.. the smallest one, si wei.. hahaa..



juz joking.. she's cute but she's way too young for me.. juz that while takin e photos the photographer wanted a particular scene, e couple to run in front while e rest of us running behind them.. seeing ah wei(ah wei sounds more 亲切)unable to catch up i held her hand and run with her.. thats enough for Siqi to conclude that i'm interested in her.. hahaa.. cuz she said ah wei dun usually let anyone hold her hand..

after the phototaking all of us had dinner together, including Marvin's family.. the 2 families seat 1 table to discuss abt the marriage thing while the rest of us seat at another table.. dinner was CRAZY i tell u.. they ordered so many dishes that it was like we're going there to try to make space to put the dishes and not to have our dinner.. they ordered about 12 dishes.. 2 纸包鸡 2 汤 2 蛋 2 菜 1 鱼 1 麦片虾 1 鹿肉 1 伊面 and what else i forgot liao.. the most 夸张 meal i ever had...

then Siqi go ask ah wei whether i am handsome, ah wei nodded her head.. asked abt yang she shaked her head.. den hy she nodded her head again.. Siqi asked the the other small cousin (i forgot her name) the same questions and her answers were completely opposite.. seems like the 2 sisters have very different taste..

anyway ah wei already has a bf according to the other 2 cousins.. looks like i dun stand a chance.. hahaa..

09/06/06 2am...

went back hall today.. 3 hrs journey back hall juz to bring back my shoes n belt.. to my surprise, saw Jaime at JP, or rather she saw me while i was on my way to the Gents.. ended up we chatted for about 20mins outside the Ladies.. then we met Alex n Daryll at LGS.. such a coincidence! 4 of us then chatted while Jamie n i had our dinner.. chatted for quite some time.. so gd to meet the 3 of them.. not a wasted trip at all..

met Caiyun on my way home.. din really talked much with her cuz it was already 8plus and i can see that she's real tired from work.. not as active as she used to be..

haven been blogging for quite a while.. GE lessons finally over.. Choice Theory, its a gd GE, too bad its not gonna be offered anyone.. anyway got to make some friends thru this GE, and i discovered that 1 of them actually stays in hall 10 and lives in Bedok North juz 5 blks away from me! and i have nvr seen her b4 b4 taking this GE.. BUT she's attached.. =( According to my 'bro' Junjie, he says attached even better, den i only have to fight 1 guy instead of many.. hahaa.. sounds abit logical..

got a part-time job through Malone, helping him as a teaching assistant to teach pri n sec sch kids some IT stuff.. went to St Margaret's Pri Sch and Bedok View Sec Sch.. the kids at St Margaret's were more fun to teach.. pri 4 gals.. they dun really regard me as a teacher lor.. one even call me 白衣服的boyboy.. -_-||
its a rather good part-time job cuz i get to hang around with kids (i know i dun look like, but i love kids) and i got to learn new things cuz basically i know nuts abt IT.. can learn as i teach.. but then now no jobs this 2 weeks cuz its e sch holidays..

one more major achievement, i went for a run yesterday to prepare myself for my ippt.. timing 13 mins n 3 secs.. still ok.. did 8 pull-ups n 30 sit-ups after the run.. almost couldn't walk back home.. whole body still aching now.. haiz.. old liao..

been slping early these few nights, at around 2 plus.. and i make it a point to sleep for only 8 hrs everyday.. sleeping too much isn't gd.. or rather i think its a waste of time.. but then again, i dunno what i did with my time either.. maybe i should start to plan some gathering with some people.. maybe..
